The Ideagen Quality Management (IQM) app, formerly known as Q-Pulse, is a
versatile tool designed to modernize and enhance quality and safety
management processes. It is cross-platform and device-agnostic, enabling

offline mobile audit functionality, as well as access to Reporting and
Documents both on and offline.

Reporting
- provides real-time capture and reporting on issues promoting

Document access
- ensures secure access to relevant documents from the core
IQM system with ability to acknowledge receipt. It provides a document viewer

- functionality eliminates on-site paperwork, replacing it with
electronic checklists and relevant controlled procedural and process
documentation. Responses are captured in real-time, supported by the ability
to add photos and raise findings, and facilitation of an efficient audit
close out process.
